Shipping Information
We ship most orders in 2-3 days. Custom orders ie. fabrications will take about 7 days. If you receive your materials and they do not meet your expectations, we want to know. We will make your purchase right or refund your money with no questions asked. All returns must be in original as received condition. Our official time period for returns is 7 days from receipt of the items. However, let us know (even if it has been longer than 7 days) and we are sure we can resolve any issues.
We use UPS as our primary carrier. USPS is also an option.
All delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping company, not by RC Tonewoods.
USPS Priority Mail 2 day is not an upgrade in shipping time. There is no guarantee it will arrive in two days. It is just a fancy way the USPS names its cheapest shipping option for bigger items..

Estimated Delivery Time
- Priority Mail may arrive in 1 day, 2 days or 3 days based on where you’re shipping your package from and where it’s being sent. (The scheduled delivery day can be found when postage is calculated) This is not a guaranteed service.
- Date of delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery by a specific date at a specific time is not available.
- The first Postal business day counted is the day after the item was mailed.
- Priority Mail® service, through USPS Tracking®, can be tracked at no additional charge. This also allows you to find the delivery status of the mailpiece.
ALERT! For some reason USPS is up-charging $4 for packages over 22" and $15 for packages over 30". I am leaving the option in but if you order anything long, I will be using UPS to ship. There is currently no way for me to manga this on my website.
All orders for tone woods are wrapped in stretch film and carefully packaged. Once you receive your shipment please inspect each piece individually. If any items are damaged please call us immediately. All original packing and contents must be retained by buyer. If not then buyer assumes all liability for damaged goods. These rules are what UPS applies to us. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us.
