This is for a pair of patterns both the OM or 000 14 fret standard side and the cutaway side. There are 2 patterns to the set and the tubes are included. This is designed for Blues Creek Guitars Complete or Standard bending machine. If you have a Universal Machine let us know so we can make the proper alterations so it will fit. Thank you
